Let your homeschooler get creative with clay! In this two-part class, students will learn the fundamentals of handbuilding, including techniques like slab, coil, and pinch pottery.
During the first class, students will build their piece and explore texture and form. In the second class (the following week), they’ll return to glaze their work and bring it to life with color and shine.
Our relaxed, encouraging environment allows kids to express themselves artistically while developing fine motor skills and patience. All materials, glazes, and firings are included.
Ages: 5–18
Length: Two sessions, October 24th (1PM-3PM) & October 31st (10AM-11AM)
Includes: Clay, glazes, and kiln firing
